Application for Enrolment
Peace Lutheran Primary School offers its programme of Christian Education to all applicants regardless of ethnic origin, gender, religion, ability or disability. Parents seeking enrolment will need to complete an Online Enrolment Form as the first step in the enrolment process. Once the form is received, the school will make contact to arrange a convenient time for an interview with the Principal before a place may be offered.
Online Enrolment Application:
Please click here to complete the online application for each student, noting that the school also requires a copy of the following to progress your enrolment:
– Evidence of date of birth (eg – immunisation record, sighting of birth certificate at admin)
– Copies of the student’s previous Report Cards if applicable
– Proof of Australian Citizenship or evidence of eligibility to study in Australia
– Any Court Orders or documents pertaining to the student’s guardianship
– Any additional documents relating to the educational needs of the student (for eg assessments from Specialists/Allied Health, any Behaviour or Support plans etc)
Enrolment Fees:
A one-off Enrolment Application Fee of $50 per family is non-refundable and should be paid when the Application for Enrolment form is submitted to the School. A confirmation fee is payable after a place has been offered and is credited to your first fee account.
Prep Enrolment Process:
If you are looking to enrol your child in Prep, you must start the process at least 1 year to 18 months prior to the year your child is expected to commence Prep. Children must be turning 5 years old by 30 June in the year they start Prep. Please note it is not unusual for our school to have a wait list for Prep, as our priority of entry includes the receiving date of applications parents considering Peace are encouraged to apply as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Peace is currently receiving applications for Prep 2030.
Important Prep Dates:
April/May: Block Interviews Held
June: Offers made at the discretion of the Principal. An Enrolment Contract will be sent with an Enrolment Confirmation Fee to be paid in order for a place to be held. The Enrolment Confirmation fee is non-refundable to families who do not commence on the due start date.
November: Orientation Mornings for Confirmed Enrolments
Prep Eligibility Dates:
In Queensland it is a requirement that children enrolled in Prep be 5 years of age by 30th June of the year they enrol in. At the discretion of the Principal, the starting age can be extended to 5 by the 31st of July in the year of proposed attendance.
